Capabilities

We pride ourselves on consistency which is why every batch is tested for consistency in our lab.  Our Quality Assurance Team tests for pH, Salt %, Brix % and flow.  We have partnered with a local Third Party Microbiological Lab that tests our finished goods for E.coli, Listeria Spp., Salmonella, Standard Plate Count and Total Coliform.  Our robust in-house digital HACCP reporting tool helps monitor Critical Control Points throughout the entire processing cycle as well as the entire facility.We specialize in creating on-trend menu offerings to help your business grow. 

 

Our state-of-the-art flexible packaging offers excellent shelf-life due to our strict processing procedures.  The flexible product packaging sizes range from 8 ounces to 4 pounds which can be stored refrigerated, frozen or ambient.  The newest addition to the production room is an Automated Bottling Line can fill glass or plastic bottles/jars from 8 ounces to 1 gallon with speeds of up to 40/min.  If you are looking for a larger format, we can also fill up to a 55 gallon drum.
